Baked by Elisabeth is a small home bakery in Culver City, CA, run by Elisabeth and her husband Jordan. Elisabeth grew up in Norway, learned to bake in her grandmother's kitchen, and never stopped. Everything is made from scratch, to order, in small batches — real ingredients, no artificial dyes, no corn syrup, and nothing you wouldn't find in a home kitchen. The flavors rotate and reflect both Elisabeth's Scandinavian roots and the community she's building here in LA.
Vaffel & Venn is a Norwegian waffle concept based in Los Angeles, founded by two Norwegian sisters, Elin and Linda, and their two American husbands. The reason being that we simply missed the Norwegian vaffel so much! Each waffle is made fresh to order and served with house-made toppings. The name means “waffle and friend,” reflecting a focus on bringing people together over a vaffel!
